All our products are handcrafted using natural wood materials. Due to the nature of handmade items and the materials they are made from, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are common and inherent to craftsmanship. Additionally, natural wood materials may exhibit unique patterns and grain structures, which add to the distinctive character of the product rather than being considered defects. These unique differences do not indicate or imply any flaws in the product.
Return Process
Before returning the item, please contact us to notify us of your intent. Once confirmed, you can send the item to our warehouse address.
Processing Time
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to process your returned items upon their arrival at our facility. Once received, we will begin the refund process.
Shipping Cost
The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges is the customer's responsibility. However, if the return is due to our error (an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Customers must provide photos of the product and packaging immediately after delivery if there are any issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will offer a full refund once your claim is verified.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved and we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
If the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged.
